Mr. Narendr Kumar Meena was born in 1992 in Alwar district of Rajasthan and he did his B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons.) from Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology (MPUAT) Udaipur (Rajasthan) India in the year 2013 and M.Sc. (Agricultural Economics) from Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth (MPKV) Rahuri (Maharashtra) India from his work "An Economic Appraisal of Agricultural development of Kolhapur District in Maharashtra" in the year 2015. Currently he is pursuing his Ph.D. (Agricultural Economics) from College of Post Graduate Studies CAU (1) Umiam Meghalaya India and working on "Economics of solar powered pumping system in major crops of Rajasthan: A comparative study. He is an awardee of National Fellowship for Higher Education for ST students. He has published 15 research papers 19 popular articles and 12 book chapters. He received 4 best paper presentationawards and 1 best poster presentation award. He has published more than 15 abstracts in various conference and seminars. He has participated and presented papers and posters in many national and international seminars workshops. Also he has participated and successfully completed a Summer School Training Programme of 21 days sponsored by ICAR New Delhi. Dr. Ram Singh is currently Associate Professor School of Social Sciences College of Post Graduate Studies Central Agricultural University Barapani Meghalaya India. He has a wide research experience and worked in different national and international institute of repute viz National Dairy Research Institute Karnal Haryana India Central Soil Salinity Research Institute Karnal Haryana India Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University Hisar Haryana India and International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT). He is also guiding and teaching post graduate and Ph D students. His main fields of interest are Natural Resource Economics Production economics Agricultural Marketing and Impact assessment of climate change on Indian Agriculture. He has authored 75 research papers and 10 popular articles which have been published in various national and international journals and 12 book chapters 10 project reports and 3 research/extension bulletins. He has also authored 02 text books and 01 edited book. He has participated and presented papers and posters in many national and international seminars workshops symposium and conferences. He has also visited abroad many countries of South Asia. Ms. Nivetina Laitonjam graduated from Assam Agricultural University Jorhat Assam India in B.Sc. (Agriculture) during 2013 and completed M.Sc. (Agricultural Economics) from College of Post Graduate Studies Central Agricultural University from her work "Drought and rice productivity in Manipur: A socio-economic analysis. At present she is pursuing Ph.D. (Agricultural Economics) in School of Social Sciences College of Post Graduate Studies Central Agricultural University Umiam Meghalaya India and working on "Vulnerability and adaptation to climate change: A study of rice farm in Manipur". She is an awardee of Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) full term centrally administered doctoral fellowship. She has published 4 research papers 3 popular articles 1 book chapters and one paper as conference proceedings in International Conference on Sustainability. She received 2 best paper awards during 2017. She participated and presented papers and posters in many national and international seminars workshops.
