Store Credit Program
At Jainbookmart.com, we reward our customers with store credit on every purchase.
Earning Store Credit
- Customers receive 10% store credit on the final order value (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts).
- Store credit is issued after the order is successfully Shipped.
- Store credit is added automatically to the customer’s account associated with the registered email or phone number.
Store Credit Expiry
- All store credit expires 100 days from the date it is issued.
- Expired store credit cannot be reinstated or extended.
Using Store Credit
- Store credit can be used for future purchases on Jainbookmart.com only.
- Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or used to purchase gift cards (if applicable).
- Store credit must be redeemed before the expiry date.
Returns & Cancellations
- If an order that earned store credit is returned or canceled, the corresponding store credit will be deducted or canceled.
- If store credit was already used for a purchase that is later returned, the refund will be issued back as store credit only, subject to the original expiry period.
Misuse & Policy Changes
- Jainbookmart.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the store credit program at any time without prior notice.
- Any misuse, fraud, or violation of terms may result in forfeiture of store credit.
