Dr. Suneeta Singh is presently serving as Assistant Professor and Head at the Department of Horticulture School of Agricultural Sciences Shri Guru Ram Rai University Dehradun Uttarakhand. She is associated with teaching and research in the courses pertaining to horticulture for the last 8 years. In the continuing service tenure she has worked on landscape gardening orchard management aspects and protected cultivation of many horticultural crops. She has acquired her Graduation in Agriculture from Banaras Hindu University Varanasi U.P.; Post graduation and Ph.D. in Horticulture from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology Pant nagar Uttarakhand. The author was recipient of Mandi Parishad merit scholarship in B.Sc. (Ag.) and ICAR-JRF Fellowship in M.Sc. She also qualified ICAR-NET. Dr. Singh started her professional career in 2010 after earning her Ph.D. degreeas SRF in Department of Vegetable Science G.B.P.U.A. &T. Pant nagar. Dr Singh was also worked as Research Associate in Vivekananda Parvatiya Krishi Anusandhan Sansthan (VPKAS) ICAR Almora Uttarakhand. She has published 1 Book 6 Book chapters 14 Popular articles and more than 38 Research papers in peer reviewed NAAS rated scientific journals of International and National reputes. Dr. Anil Kumar Saxena is currently working as Associate Professor Department of Soil Science School of Agricultural Sciences Shri Guru Ram Rai University Dehradun Uttarakhand. Dr. Saxena has more than 12 years of working experience in teaching research and extension. He has Post graduated and also acquired Doctorate in Soil Science from G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology Pantnagar Uttarakhand. He has qualified ICAR-NET in same subject. Dr. Saxena has 8 years of administrative experience as Principal/Dean Incharge in School of Agricultural Sciences SGRRU Dehradun. Dr. Saxena successfully guided 16 students leading to PG degree. Dr. Saxena has to his credit 32 research papers 1 research bulletin 1 book 5 book chapters 12 popular articles radio talks and technical folders. He is also involve as resource person in organic farming and organic certification process under SGRR University Dehradun. He has handled and completed one UGC funded project. Dr Saxena has organised various trainings in field of Agriculture and also worked as convener of Second State Science and Technology seminar organised by Uttarakhand Science Education and Research Centre (USERC) Dehradun in 2019.
