Dr. Prem Kumar joined as Agricultural Research Service in year 2009 at ICAR-CIBA Chennai and currently working as senior scientist at ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Education Mumbai. He has developed the seed production and farming technology of Mystus catfish nursery rearing of Hilsa developed the protocol for captive maturation of gold spot mullet yellow fin bream and popularized the seed production and farming of Seabass . Currently he is working on reproductive physiology and breeding of fish and shell fish. He has published more than 50 research papers in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. M.S. Shekhar is working as Principal Scientist and Head of the Department of Aquatic Health and Environment Division at ICAR-Central Brackish Aquaculture Research Institute Chennai. He has 30 years of research experience in the field of Aquaculture Biotechnology. His major researchareas of interest include development of molecular diagnostic tests for viral pathogens genomics development of DNA markers bioprospecting and allele mining of genes and aquatic disease management. He has published approximately 65 research articles 10 book chapters and granted 4 patents. Dr. Sujeet Kumar is a senior scientist at ICAR-Central Institute of Brackishwater Aquaculture. He has specialization in microbiology and obtained his MVSc and PhD degree from IVRI Izatnagar Bareilly. Presently he is working on developing molecular diagnostics for quantification of pathogenic Vibrios and development of live attenuated vaccine for their control understanding the virulence status of aquatic pathogens genomics and phage based therapeutics. He has handled two external funded projects as PI and Co-PI in several institute projects. He has published more than 50 research papers in peer-reviewed journals. Naveen Kumar Jha has received the Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) degree in 2004 from C.M College Darbhanga (Lalit Narayan Mithila University). He started his career in Indian Railways as Assistant Station Master (2006-10). Subsequently Section Officer in the Principal Accounts Office Ministry of Education (2010-2011) Ministry of Science and Technology (2011-2012). He also served as Administrative Officer ICAR-CIFRI Kolkata (2012-2017) Senior Administrative Officer ICAR-NINFT Kolkata (2017-22). Currently he is working as Chief Administrative Officer ICAR-CIBA Chennai 600028 Ministry of Agriculture Government of India.
